Welcome to 'Under the Microscope'. It is a known fact students face a lot of hardships trying to learn Pathology and the lab work only makes the struggle harder. There are many problems regarding Pathology specimen slides. These problems are accentuated in the BMC Lab. To ennumerate some of the common problems,

1) Enough slides are not available in the lab, for some specimens.
2) Enough microscopes are not available.
3) Some slides are not given at all, they may be given for the exams.
4) The time allotted is not exaclty sufficient.
5) Good lighting facilites are not provided on all the observation tables.

I can go on and list some more problems. But I've hit upon the solution-an atlas. An atlas of Pathology is the precise requirement of the hour. But Currans' is unaffordable.
So the solution I offer, an online atlas.
